Your workspace information
Standup stores Google account identifiers, names and email addresses, workspace memberships, team work records, daily updates, work sessions, leave requests, salary history and documents supplied by your company. Authentication is handled through Google; Standup does not collect account passwords.
Who can see what
Workspace owners and administrators manage company records. Team managers manage the teams they lead. Members can see work shared with their teams and company directory information. Salary records and personal documents are visible only to their subject and workspace administrators. Leave reasons are limited to the requester and authorised reviewers.
Work and wellbeing
Work timers run when you choose to start them. Daily mood check-ins are self-reported context shared with your team. Standup does not collect screenshots, keystrokes, browsing history or background device activity.
Private files and sessions
The API encrypts uploaded documents before storage. Downloads require an authenticated, authorised session. Session cookies are HttpOnly, and production sessions use HTTPS. Access and administrative changes are recorded in a workspace activity log.
Your company’s responsibilities
Your company decides what information it enters, who has administrator access, and how long to retain its records. Contact your workspace administrator for access, corrections, export or removal requests. The operator of a production installation must provide its legal identity, contact details, hosting region, retention schedule and applicable privacy rights before inviting real users.
The sample workspace
The interactive demo uses fictional team data and saves your changes in your own browser. Use “Reset sample workspace” in the profile menu to clear demo records. Do not enter real employee or salary information into the demo.
